Contemporary Wisdom Strategies™

As I listen to the stories told to me by the people I interview, I pay careful attention to the ways they respond to the challenges in their lives. Already, some themes are emerging.

They include:

• The importance of the redemptive sequence and finding one's purpose on the planet.
  
  
• Seeing meaning in loss and adversity.
  
  
• Jumping in even when you don't know all the answers – I call this, "Wisdom Rushes In."
  
  
• Knowing you don't know all the answers
  
  
• Inviting grace into ones life by releasing the illusion of control

These are just a few of the ideas coming out of the Wisdom Out book project. The Wisdom Out blog offers a place where you can ponder these ideas with others, both before and after the book is completed.
